How to use

Ingredients
Mineral: magnesium oxide; capsule of plant origin (cellulose derivative); L-tryptophan; bulking agent: cellulose; lavender powder (Lavandula angustifolia); rhodiola extract (Rhodiola rosea); mineral: magnesium carbonate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins: B6 and B1.
