How to use
1 capsule per day to be swallowed with a glass of water during a meal.
Ingredients
Mineral: magnesium oxide ; capsule of plant origin (cellulose derivative) ; L-tryptophan ; bulking agent: cellulose ; lavender powder (Lavandula angustifolia) ; rhodiola extract (Rhodiola rosea) ; mineral: magnesium carbonate ; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids ; vitamins: B6 and B1.
