How to use
1 capsule per day with a meal and a glass of water, at least one month before conception and throughout the pregnancy.
Ingredients
Fish oil; capsule (gelatin from fish; stabilizer: glycerol; coloring: caramel); minerals: ferrous gluconate, magnesium oxide; thickener: yellow beeswax; natural vitamin E; vitamin B3; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; vitamins: B1, B2, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, D; mineral: potassium iodide.
